"Relaxing" and "priceless" mountain views from the balconies win kudos for this "out-of-the-way" spot with a "fantastic" pool, two ponds and a "great" golf course, all looked after by an "accommodating" and "gracious" staff; surveyors are less enthusiastic about the food, which ranges from "good" to "awful" and "grossly overpriced", while the rooms' carpets, wallpaper and bedding are labeled "a bit outdated"; P.S. "beware of the resort fee."

The hotel had a large pool which we enjoyed very much.
We ate at the restaurant but we were disappointed with the price.
This hotel was great but the location was a bite farther then we wanted to drive. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable.

They make the customers pay for everything. I mean everything even if you do not use any of it. The pool, internet, newspapers, valet, etc. I would advise people not to ever go to this place.

Nice area of Palm Springs and close to shopping.
Rooms were clean but needs updating. Needs a microwave in room.

The customer service was amazing.
The pool was freezing.
The staff was super friendly. We had to check in over an hour early and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Since this was a nice resort we were worried that the staff might be snooty, but they were not at all! Very impressed! ...read more
